What a shame that authorities have to destruct what so many people have helped to create.
I am far away in South Africa, but we have a similar situation here with authorities who are intent on destruction who should be role models for construction.

I just want to congratulate all those involved with this wonderful project. In fact, not this project, but this life choice because it's far more than a project. I hope this recent setback does not dent your confidence or your will to create to betterment of your society.
